1. Who we are

Pounce (“we”, “us”) is a price drop tracking service available at pounce.deals, through the Pounce Chrome extension, and in our iOS and Android apps.

2. What Pounce does

Pounce monitors product pages on supported online stores and notifies you by email when the price of a tracked product drops. Depending on your settings, we may also send push notifications about price changes and brand sales. We do not sell products, process retailer payments on your behalf, or guarantee the availability of any price.

3. Your account

You can sign in with Google, Apple, or a passwordless email code. You’re responsible for keeping your account and email inbox secure. You must be 16 or older to use Pounce.

4. Free and Premium plans

Free accounts can track up to 5 products and are subject to the other limits shown in Pounce. Pounce Premium provides the higher limits and features shown before purchase. We may adjust plan limits or features with reasonable notice.

Premium subscriptions purchased on the website are billed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple, and subscriptions purchased in the Android app are billed by Google Play. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by the relevant provider before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that provider before the next renewal. Cancellation normally leaves Premium active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the rules of the provider that processed the purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Use Pounce for personal, non-commercial price tracking only. Don’t attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Pounce running reliably but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Price checks may fail on some stores due to technical limitations outside our control.

7. Price accuracy

We display prices as we retrieve them. We can’t guarantee prices are always accurate or current. Always verify the price on the retailer’s site before purchasing.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Account deletion cancels website subscriptions and asks Google Play to stop future Android subscription charges. App Store subscriptions must be managed in your Apple account. You should confirm the subscription status with the relevant store or payment provider before deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

Pounce is provided as-is. We’re not liable for missed price drops, incorrect prices, or any purchasing decisions you make.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes by email.
