1. Who we are
Pounce (“we”, “us”) is a price drop tracking service available at pounce.deals and via the Pounce Chrome extension.
2. What Pounce does
Pounce monitors product pages on supported online stores and notifies you by email when the price of a tracked product drops. We do not sell products, process payments on your behalf, or guarantee the availability of any price.
3. Your account
You can sign in with Google or a passwordless email code. You’re responsible for keeping your account and email inbox secure. You must be 16 or older to use Pounce.
4. Free tier
Free accounts can track up to 10 products. We reserve the right to adjust tier limits with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
Use Pounce for personal, non-commercial price tracking only. Don’t attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Pounce running reliably but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Price checks may fail on some stores due to technical limitations outside our control.
7. Price accuracy
We display prices as we retrieve them. We can’t guarantee prices are always accurate or current. Always verify the price on the retailer’s site before purchasing.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
Pounce is provided as-is. We’re not liable for missed price drops, incorrect prices, or any purchasing decisions you make.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes by email.
