Delete your Pounce account

You can permanently delete your Pounce account and its associated data at any time. You do not need to use this page while signed in.

Delete in the Pounce app

Sign in, open your account from the profile button, choose Delete account, and confirm. This is the quickest route and normally removes the account immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your Pounce account with the subject Delete my Pounce account. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes your Pounce profile, saved products, target prices, wishlists, followed brands, notification registrations, savings history, and subscription entitlement from Pounce's active systems.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations, as explained in our Privacy policy.

If you have a subscription

Pounce asks Google Play to stop future Android subscription charges when an account is deleted. To confirm the result or cancel before deletion, open Google Play and go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

App Store subscriptions must be managed in your Apple account. Website subscriptions are cancelled as part of account deletion.
